BJP's Bidyut Varan Mahato files nomination from Jamshedpur constituency

Bidyut Varan Mahato, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat, officially entered the electoral fray for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by submitting his nomination papers to District Election Officer Ananya Mittal on Tuesday. Present alongside Mahato during the nomination process were Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister Arjun Munda, election agent cum former MLA Ramchandra Sahis, and District President Sudhanshu Ojha.

Prior to Mahato's nomination, BJP supporters from various mandals of Jamshedpur organized a vibrant bike-car rally that culminated at the Bodhi Temple in Sakchi. From there, they accompanied Mahato in a walking procession to the Collectorate premises. Following the nomination process, a gathering was held at the Bodhi Temple ground where Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister Arjun Munda, and MP candidate Vidyutvaran Mahato addressed the attendees.

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat expressed confidence in Mahato stated from Jamshedpur Bidyut Varan Mahato will win by more than four lakh votes. The Bharatiya Janata Party will win more than 400 seats in the country and form the government for the third time under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
